Hi Raul, I haven’t found a recipe that sounds exactly like the pie we had at Pie Town but here are a couple of links that you might be able to use. The first is from Fiery Food & Barbecue Central https://www.fieryfoodscentral.com/recipe/chimayo-chile-pecan-pie/. This pie has Red Chile in it but you could delete it if that’s not something you want. The other comes from Martha Stewart a Honey Pinon Tart which you could easily add Pecans and make a pie instead of a tart https://www.marthastewart.com/312580/honey-and-pine-nut-tart. The pie we had in Pie Town had both Pecans and Pinons but the filling tasted more like a honey filling.
